Digital Scrapbook Kits, Element Packs, Paper Packs, Alpha Sets, Pre-made Printable/Hybrid Projects, Clusters, Quick Pages, Templates:
You may NOT use these designs to create freebies or products for resale. This includes products in digital for and/or physical products. for resale.
Personal Use:
- You may use this product for your PERSONAL scrapbooking pages & products, including creating hybrid projects, uploading to online galleries, and giving gifts to family & friends
- You may submit your layouts using my products, in whole or in part for publication. This includes digital or print publications — please give proper credit to Nibbles Skribbles including the names of any products used
- You may modify & alter the size, color, etc. of the files to suit your projects, as long as you do not claim them as your own
Scrap-4-Hire/Scrap-4-Others:
NO quick pages or freebies allowed. You may create layouts FOR SALE for INDIVIDUAL clients in a Scrap-4-Hire (S4H) or Scrap-4-Others (S4O) business, as long as the following conditions are met:
- Each layout is a unique design for ONE client
- Layout(s) is/are delivered to the individual client in a flattened (.jpg) or printed form
- If you are using my designs for multiple clients, one copy of the product should be purchased for each client.
- Credit to Nibbles Skribbles should be provided to the client in a document given to the customer
Blogwear and Web Site Graphics/Design, Digital Cards, Announcements and Invitations:

Element Packs, Texture Packs, Templates and other products marked as CU:
Commercial Use:
You may use products clearly marked CU-friendly to create personal-use products or limited scrap-4-hire products for digital download, for sale or for free, provided the following conditions are met:

- Files created are jpg or png
- Commercial Use resources may be used as is in your designs, no modification required.

- Layered Page Templates and Hybrid Templates marked as CU-friendly may be used to create layouts for Scrap-4-Hire/Scrap-4-Others clients or made into Quick Pages to be given away or sold as long as the final product is a flattened image (png or jpg)
- You may NOT use products marked CU-friendly to create products for CU by others
- Credit is NOT required, but is appreciated

You may use products clearly marked CU4CU to create commercial-use products, personal-use products or limited scrap-4-hire products for digital download, for sale, provided the following conditions are met:

- This license applies only to clearly marked texture packs.
- Files created are jpg or png

- You MAY NOT share, loan, sell, rent, or transfer these files to any other party by any means.
- You MAY NOT claim these products as your own (altered or unaltered)
- You MAY NOT redistribute these products in any way (selling, sharing, loaning, or pirating)
- You MAY NOT upload these products to any web page for download
- You MAY NOT send these products through list groups (Google, Yahoo, or any other)
- You MAY NOT use these products as part of a trademark, or to promote any type of business
- You MAY NOT use these products for any harmful, pornographic, obscene, defamatory, immoral, or racial material or in any other way prohibited by law
